With an exquisite sense of elegance, style, attention to detail, and the ability to transform her clients’ visions into unforgettable celebrations, she has been a go-to planner for the most exclusive and high-profile events in the Dominican Republic since her beginnings in the industry.
Her true passion lies in creating events that guarantee unique experiences for her guests, through her proven logistical execution with high production standards and her unique and admirable ability to manage crises and unforeseen events. These skills honor the privilege of orchestrating your day flawlessly and stress-free.
Jamie is the creative heart of FLORES DE MARMOL and leads the macro and artistic vision of each event, creating elegant, emotional, and deeply personal celebrations. Her aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail transform stories into memorable experiences. She is recognized for her organically elegant style and is a firm believer in valuing quality over quantity. From a young age, she developed a love for weddings, growing up surrounded by lace, poufs, and wedding dresses as her mother made them for renowned designers.
She holds a degree in Creative Advertising and Design, with a master’s degree in Styling. Before becoming a full-time Wedding and Event Planner, she worked for several years as a creative in top advertising agencies, managing brands in the Dominican Republic and throughout Latin America.
With his analytical, profound, and insightful thinking, and a unique yet pleasing blend of understated yet relaxed presence, he leads every project with determination and absolute clarity. His approach combines rigorous discipline with a refined aesthetic sensibility, achieving an exceptional balance between creativity and operational precision.
Tenacious in planning and meticulous in execution, he is also extremely picky, overseeing each stage with uncompromising standards of excellence. His mastery of complex logistics management, risk anticipation, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams guarantees flawless productions, even in the most demanding environments.

He is the structure behind every experience, the backbone of our firm. An architect by profession and director of operations, he leads production, technical execution, and supplier management, ensuring absolute control, seamless operation, and excellence at every stage of the event.
